A high-quality, dry white wine from Southwest France made from 100% Petit Manseng, bringing the grape's tension and aromatic complexity. The nose reveals ripe orchard fruits, quince and citrus peel, layered with floral notes and subtle spice hint. With full-bodied and slighly oily texture, the palate is rich, well balanced, with a sharp ripe fruit notes of apricot and pear. Leading to a long, mineral-driven finish with touches of preserved lemon, and lingering salinity.
