Luminous pale straw-gold. Clean, refined, and aromatic on the nose with white flowers, green pear, citrus zest, orchard fruit, and a faint white pepper/chalky mineral lift. The palate shows a nod to the Côte d'Or—textured, lightly creamy, and balanced by stony tension, crystalline minerality, and vibrant acidity.
