Winemaking Style
Manually harvested and cool-fermented in stainless steel vats (12–14°C) to lock in the highly aromatic, floral compounds of Torrontés. It is aged for three months on the lees in tanks to build a slightly rounder mouthfeel while remaining completely unoaked and bone-dry.
