Domaine Castera | Jurancon 2022 | Petit Manseng | Juracon, France

An elegant, and well balance dessert wine, with tropical fruits note, showcasing aromatic lift of Juracon. The nose is lively, offering ripe pineapple, candied apricot, mango and citrus marmalade. The palate is layered lusciosly sweet of honey and vanilla, harmonied with vibrant acidity, giving it structure and freshness. The finish is long and concentrated, with lingering interplay blossom and zesty, making it both indulgent and precise.
