A powerful, unconventional blend, and unique texture developed from aging in ovoid (egg-shaped) clay vessels for 14 months. The nose featuring floral notes, cittrus and orchard fruits. The palate is characterized by a "saline" or salty tension, with a creamy, textured mouthfeel, balanced by a firm, "mouthwatering" acidity. The finish is long, rich and intense, with a sharp acid of Savagnin, following a pleasant prickle on the back palate.
